Our prices are per day and apartment and range from € 80,-- to € 300,-- including a weekly change of linen and towels.
You will find a cable-TV and telephone in all apartments, the kitchens are fully equipped.
Children’s bed and high-chair can be supplied without any extra charge.
Extra-costs:
Tax for tourist office approx. € 2,80 a day per person and SERVICEFEE: Euro 1,5 ppd.
Final cleaning for apartments:
once - one-room: € 40,--, two rooms: € 55,--, three rooms: € 70,-- and four rooms: € 85.-
Dogs are allowed: Cost € 8,- to € 11,- a day (without food).
We kindly ask you to pick up dog-bags and clean up behind your animal. We offer a parking space, the free city-bus stops every 40 min only 50 m away from the Landhaus.
It is possible to have breakfast (buffet) for €13.00 and/or halfboard for € 40.00 in the Hotel Charlotte.
